Hello, Readers. How are you?
Today I want to show you something different than what I usually published. I want to share my admiration on the works of one man, which his works really captivated and strong in presenting his messages. The messages about humanity and the life under chaotic circumstances which maybe not many of us can imagine how it will be like.

I think Tomasevic must had bruised here and there during this incident. It is too close! Take a look to the woman picture. How she willing to be in the dangerous zone to gave water to demonstrans. Some bravery!
His name is Goran Tomasevic. Don’t ask me how he looks like, is he old or is he young, or any other stuffs which can describing his human form, because I don’t know! What I know is only what he already showed to the world, through his work as Photographer of war.
Goran Tomasevic is Reuters senior photographer which already ran from one country to another country which is currently in stress of war, terror or disaster, to be able to create the best photos of the circumstances.

God is the only salvation human can have under the wars. It is so sad to know how we keep seperating ourselves as human being who love God, just because we have our own believe about who God really is.
Born in Belgrade in 1969, as Serbian, it seem Tomasevic already get used to war. Maybe that is why he pursued a career as War Photographer.
Tomasevic started working for Reuters as Freelance Photographer in 1996, during the anti-Milosevic demonstrations. Then took based in Baghdad during Iraq conflict, Stayed in Jerusalem during Israelis and Palestinians tense times, and now took based on Egypt. Tomasevic currently also covering the uprising in Libya.
His works and his bravery had given him the award as The Reuters Photographer of the Year in 2003 and 2005, but I doubt it’s even good enough to describe his dedication in doing his works.

Children inside disaster. Again Tomasevic touched us with the pain of pure heart of the children.
Tomasevic caught my eyes by his works. His Pictures always so alive, full of energy which came from the riot. In so many times the pictures had been taken too close, showed how the Photographer willing to risk his own life to enter the most dangerous zone at the moment. In another pictures you can see how the pictures become little un-focus, taken under great stress while he had to run to save himself. But in several pictures, you can see compassionate heart and sadness.

Can you imagine under what kind of circumstance these pictures above had been took? Is there any woman brave enough to not cry if seeing these pictures had been taking by the man she love? But no matter what, Tomasevic had show the world the real everyday life in the middle of wars.
Looking at those pictures made me thinking; Tomasevic must be having iron heart and stone head to be able to do what he do. He and other war journalist deserve of our respect because they put themselves in danger to show the world what they think the world deserved to see and know. So we can understand, the pain of those who live inside it. Also for us to understand that our save land not built only by money and hard work, but also with blood of our heroes.

I really love the pic about the Puppy. And take a look on the soldier wary face. Sometimes we are forget that they also human being who do what he did under order of authority. These pictures showed us the truth about them.
Adrenaline Junkies? Nope! I don’t think so! Adrenaline Junkies will never choose war zone to satisfy their desires. They will choose the most extreme condition under peaceful time, because they do that to have fun. Adrenaline Junkies never achieved anything but satisfying their silly and unnecessary hunger only.
I’m sure there must be fun part in Tomasevic and other War’s Journalist job, but more likely, there is something more than just self actualization. Something about being human in the middle of chaotic life, and the heart which always never feel any peace until there is no longer war to capture. Maybe! ^^ LOL. Well, I am not Tomasevic, so I can’t describe what he feels about his job. But unless, I can introduce his work to you who maybe never see it.

How we cannot love humanity since we are human too? How we cannot considering to do something even only a little article, to make one milimeter of changing if it is possible? I am a broken pipe. My eyes teary a lot when I see the pain and writing about it help me to overcome this pain. So, it is survival instinc. As simply as that. ^^
